I like to compare change in a company, a new project, or a new challenge with an expedition.
In companies, I often observe that these expeditions start without everyone involved knowing the exact destination in advance. Lack of transparent communication or unclear vision often leads to resistance and lack of motivation.
A central leadership task in companies is to formulate goals that are perceived as worthwhile by the stakeholders. As a consultant, I identify the „why“ as well as the goal of the journey together with the management level and key stakeholders.
Implementation at other levels of the organization takes place in individual coaching sessions or workshops.

- Individual sessions can be conducted in person or online. For international teams, I also hold the workshops and lectures digitally, if desired.

To help employees, managers, leaders and expats better understand and structure their thoughts and feelings in conversation, I work with a range of proven tools and aids that have a lasting effect.
I use psychological and neuroscientific approaches such as embodiment, NLP, and other systemic, transformative tools.
My coaching style is motivational and empathetic, not directive. I ask the right questions and support people to find their own answers.

Workshops and trainings for teams
As a trainer, I organize and lead workshops to inspire creativity that generates and develops innovative ideas, defines goals, and practice new skills collaboratively with the team.
I select appropriate methods and tools to create an interactive and motivating learning atmosphere. My trainings include discussions, group work and practical exercises. In addition, I ask questions, give feedback, and support the implementation of what has been learned.
As a workshop trainer, I see my task as empowering all participants to apply the new knowledge and skills learned in practice and thereby contribute to the success of the company.

Moderation, lectures and keynotes
As a moderator, I provide professional and unbiased facilitation for live and online discussions, events, and other gatherings.
The aim of these moderations is to promote active discussion and open exchange between the participants and to create an inspiring atmosphere.
In addition, I give talks not only for companies, but also as a guest lecturer at universities. The main topics are product management, innovation, communication, and personal development. The content is always customized to the main topic of the event.
These keynotes serve as individual input for teams or are held as part of a lecture series.
